Refund Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Unused subscription period.
• Downgrading plans.
• Subscription cancellation.
• Accidental purchases.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing service usage.
• Payment deducted but subscription not activated.

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Plan Changes:

• Upgrading/Downgrading a plan will activate immediately.
• No refunds for mid-cycle changes.
